I've always loved to cook and when I started school I did both cooking and baking but realized that cooking for a large crowd was too stressful and I decided to work in the baking field. I started working in 1994, after I graduated from college. did my internship at Sweet Indulgence (for 6 months) and worked at Sugar Bakers for 15 years. I stayed at the same job until I opened my own bakery.
I enjoy doing one on one consultations with all my customers it gives me a personality of the individual and allows me to create works of art just for them. I also feel having consultations with all my customers helps when they are planning a big event (usually when its a large party or wedding ) It can be less stressful and can put your mind at ease knowing the desserts are well taken care of.
